Q: What is worship to you?

Mirjam: Worship is a lifestyle. I have learned over the years that I can not just worship on a Sunday morning and not worship for the rest of the week. Our life should be worship to God. Through our daily activities, decisions and future plans we can worship God. It is not about us but about Him. Worship is when we don't look at ourselves but look at Jesus. 

Joshua: Worship to me, is the way that I show that I am aware of His presence, of His love and His authority. Worship is how I give back what has been given to me by Him. Worship is how I connect with God. When I worship in spirit and in truth I experience that I am outside this realm and right next to Him or before Him. Worship is how I honour Him and express my love for Him.

Q: How has traveling impacted your life and journey so far?

Mirjam: It has been a blessing to travel and share God's word. To me it has been a blessing to see other cultures and how other people do things, that has taught me to be open-minded and not to be limited by the way we do things here is Scandinavia.

Joshua: By traveling I have seen how other brothers and sisters worship the Lord. I see that we are like different spices. Just like different spices originally come from different parts of the world such as Indian spices and Chinese spices, I see how I have been a new spice when I join other people in leading worship in different places, and they are also a new spice to me as we lift up our worship to God. In the bible, worship is considered an incense that rises up to the lord. And what makes incense is the mixing of different fragrances or spices. Traveling has also made me become aware of how to worship in different settings and different cultures. But I am grateful because worshiping in spirit and in truth is the same regardless of background and culture. I love helping people that have been starving from worship by ushering them back into worshiping in spirit and in truth, because in some of the places we have been traveling to we have seen people crying and telling us that they have not experienced that in a very long time so then I have realized that worship should never be taken for granted regardless of how much you have it because there are some people who starve from it. It is just like water though it might be plenty here in Norway it is very scarce and rare in some places.

Q: What made you do livestream in the evenings?

We realized that many people were lonely, many people are broken many people are struggling. Worship is one of the most beautiful things that a soul can experience and a heart can express. And just like the thing we love the most it is more beautiful and enjoyable with other people like sharing a meal or playing a game. Because we know many people love to worship we thought we could create a place where more people can come and do what they love together which is worshiping Jesus Christ. And because the Holy Spirit is always with us he gives us and shows us prophetic words of encouragement and equipping what we share with the people and so far we have received amazing feedback. We have realized that what we do is very important for God's people.

Q: What plans if any do you have for the coming years?

We have a ministry that we are calling "Jesus moments" which is basically everything that has to do with being with Jesus, and the things that happens around Jesus which is healing of the body and heart, transformation, restoration, miracles and signs and wonders. Because we believe that's what Jesus does we would love to connect and help raise more people that love to worship and that could help lift people out of heaviness and help people express themselves before the king of kings. We dream of having a worship hub or worship center and we will have arts and worship/music, drama/teachings and discipleship but above all help grow more people who will help to point many people to the cross. So far we have songs that we are writing, evangelical songs and prophetic songs that are inspired by the holy spirit and we are also writing books and offering classes and teachings about walking with Jesus and obeying his voice.

Q: Tell us were we can find you online and what projects if any you are up to in the near future

For now you can find us on Facebook and on YouTube. We do travel, so you could also find us at different conferences. We are doing som mentorship with some university students with lots of one-on-one meetings and we also gather on Fridays together doing some teaching, worship, prayer, and fellowship. We are looking forward to share two new songs that we recorded in the studio with you within a couple of weeks.
